Office of Judicial Records - Criminal

The Office of Judicial Records (formerly the Clerk of Courts) serves the Criminal Court of Common Pleas and Municipal Court as well as the Juvenile Division of Family Court. The Office is the custodian of criminal court records and is responsible for:

  • Recording court decisions and issuance of bench warrants
  • Assessment, receipt and disbursement of bail and all court imposed fines, fees, and restitution
  • Acceptance of court filings manually as well as electronically.
  • Entering civil judgments on bail forfeitures and court imposed fines, fees and restitution
  • Issuing commitments or discharges for defendants

In serving the Juvenile Division of Family Court, the Office of Judicial Records is the custodian of juvenile delinquency and dependency court records and handles all matters related to court cases, including sending subpoenas to witnesses and notifying attorneys of case dates and activities.

Bail Acceptance is open 24 hours


Effective October 1, 2016 a civil judgment will be recorded - 60 days from sentencing date - on all cases with outstanding balance of $100.00 or higher.

The civil judgment fee of $95.94 will be added to the current outstanding court assessment balance.
