Welcome to your court system. We know that the thought of dealing with the court can sometimes seem challenging. To most of us, the court system is a large, formidable building with huge columns, occupied by judges and lawyers who speak "legalese," not English. From the courtrooms we've seen on TV, it seems like there are a lot of rules and a lot of forms to fill out. And guess what? There are.

But..

Relax. This section is here to help you navigate the court's web page, and to help you manage your way through the legal system and maybe even enjoy your experience. After you get used to it, it's mostly common sense.

In fact, the court system is one of very few places that even GUARANTEES that you'll be treated fairly and with respect. That's why courts exist.

This service is here for you, not just lawyers or judges. Look at it this way: the judges are elected by the citizens, and you're a citizen. The reason that courts exist is to help you, and make sure that you're treated fairly and with dignity no matter who you are, or how much money you might - or might not - have.
